What you work through
Lab sessions rotate three kinds of work: reconstructing a source-to-bill story, challenging a noisy alert policy, and drafting a close-cycle note that finance will not rewrite.
Every pack is fictionalised but patterned on United Kingdom market behaviours — prepaid top-up lag, wholesale return traffic, and offer stacking that confuses rating engines.
This month’s focus
Aged unbilled items after a catalogue migration. Participants decide what to sample, what to ignore, and what to escalate with residual risk clearly stated.
How the Lab relates to courses
The Lab is not a replacement for Revenue Leak Detection. It is the place Control Cycle and Ledger Cohort learners stress-test skills on fresh data shapes. Desk Pass learners can join selected open Lab hours when seats remain.
